Loades Plc was established in 1942 and is the parent company of a group that originally specialised in the production of sheet metal components for the car and aircraft industries.

In 2002 a major change in the activities of the group was decided upon, with the retention and development of Loades Dynamics Ltd in Coventry as its manufacturing capacity engaged in the power engineering industries.
