Large machining capacity is available on CNC Vertical Boring machines, CNC Boko 6 Axis Machining Centres and Dixi 5S CNC Jig Boring Machines.
Medium sized CNC Heid Chucker Lathes and conventional machining & grinding are also available.
Our Cad Cam system is capable of working from 2D drawings as well as from full Solid Models to produce programmes; it can also be used to produce design drawings.
Quality/Inspection is equipped with a large Mauser CNC co-ordinate measuring machine with a Zeiss scanning system.
We are fully equipped with all conventional inspection equipment.
The Company is fully approved to BS EN 9100:2008, AS 9100 Rev C & ISO 9001-2000 as well as several company specific approvals.
