Loades Plc is a property development company based in Coventry, which owns a range of commercial buildings of steel portal frame construction with reinforced concrete floors. These are mainly in the Midlands within a few miles of the M6 and are available for letting on a full repairing and insuring basis. They include offices and production / warehouse facilities with an eaves height of up to 6.45m. Some of these facilities have large overhead cranes up to 15 tonne capacity.
Its subsidiary, Loades Estates Ltd has developed its involvement in the letting and management of this existing commercial property. The sizes of available areas range from 1,400 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft and all sites have gated entrances with full security fencing.
